What’s The TEA?
This What’s The TEA? Journal is not just about writing; it is an invitation to listen to the whispers of your soul and to embrace all the parts that make you whole – the light and the shadows. Embrace vulnerability, because it is through vulnerability that we discover our greatest strengths. Embrace self-compassion, for it is through compassion that we heal the wounds of the past. As you delve into these reflective questions, you will uncover the layers that make you unique, and with each revelation, you will cultivate a deeper connection with your true self.
As you embark on this journey of self-awareness, remember that there is no right or wrong way to answer these prompts. This is your space to be entirely yourself, free from judgment or expectation. There is no time limit or order, please complete the prompts as you desire. Embrace the process with an open mind and heart, because in this openness true growth and healing can occur.
